Here is the scenario.
- Configured an email id to create a Ticket.
- Sent an email from my gmail account to the mail id.
- A new ticket has been created in the Helpdesk.
- A user signed in to the Odoo and commented on the new ticket using Send a message feature in the chatter.
- In my gamil, i received a new mail with the reply message.
Here i received a new email as a new thread, instead of reply message to the my old mail which i used to create a ticket.
My requirement is, i need to get the reply message as the reply for the First message, which is used to create the ticket.
How can i do this?
