In the Timesheets application, you will find a report called "Timesheets / Attendances Analysis". This report compares the hours recorded in Attendances with the hours recorded in Timesheets.

Remember, if you want to conduct more in-depth analysis or evaluations, you can always insert these reports into Odoo spreadsheets, and remember that they will always be synchronized with the original report.
