Hi, 


I am trying to setup Odoo so emails send from and to odoo would seem to come from the same domain name as emails send and from direct employees. 

However I seem to be hitting my head to a wall. I am using odoo 16. And I am using a test environment because I want to test some things before going live. 

In general settings I changed the fields in yellow. 

Then I configured a outgoing and incomming mail server.


But when I try sending an email to 1 of the email aliases it isn't received. And I get the error that the email is undelivarable. 
And when trying to send out emails from the odoo system no email is received in the system. 
(I use the helpdesk app to send emails.)


What am I forgetting?
