Hello Community,
we are using V16 Enterprise and i was wondering if there is any better way of loggin the E-Mails to contacts / purchases, orders, invoices and so on directly and possibly categorize them...?
The current version of the Outlook Addin works, but is not really good. In a normal sized company we got 20+ mails by one customer a day so you lose overview when its just kept in the chatter box.
Does anyone of you know some way or third party tool which can help?
