Person-A sents a quote to a customer. When person-A is on holiday, how do other colleagues or person-B get attended when the customer sends an email response?
Does person-B needs to be a follower of the salesorder? Or do you manage this in person-A email client.
What is the best practise to manage this?

We run Odoo version 14 enterprise.

Hello,

you can add person-B as follower an change subscription to notify person-B based on your needs.

1. you can achieve that by using studio:



2. Or byactivating developer mode then going to Technical -> Automated actions -> fill fields with previous information
Note: you can manipulate (Trigger Condition, Domain) per your requirments.
