In Odoo, the final rating field for performance appraisals is intended to be hidden from employees.
However, a curious employee can bypass this access control by using the "custom group by" feature in the list view, effectively viewing their final rating.
This raises concerns about confidentiality and demotivation, as employees might see their rating out of context without proper discussion with their manager.
I have found a few potential technical fixes (However we want to keep potential customizations to a minimum) and considered process improvements, but has anyone come along something similar and have their own solutions?
Yes, the field isn't really hidden, it's just set to not be displayed on that Form View for the employee. Not great!
