I am looking for a solution to use the module Appraisals for non Users. (odoo online v18)
Is there a option to use the portal and grant acces to my employés to use the features of appraisal module?

According to what I see here https://www.odoo.com/pt_BR/forum/ajuda-1/appraisal-module-no-way-to-have-an-employee-filled-in-his-appraisal-odoo-18-286882, what you want is not possible because the appraisal app is only for internal users. I tried to do a portal user access appraisal, but I couldn't.
