Apparently it doesnt work when we send emails through SMTP not using catchall, nor doesnt asign correctly the ID to the content behind the mails. Only users with just one alias in the system can do it correctly. Mails received by users with external mail configured are not attached to the connecting discussion. We ignore if it is well configred and have not found any information with real guarantee to fix it. Can anyone solve this problem??? Thanks in advance.

regarding problems with emails,
enclose log made with two different users, one internal using SMTP localhost (Odoo VPS server) and another using SMTP of Gmail. Incoming server in both cases with gmail IMAP account, one particular for the first and catchall for second also issued in google under natrus.es domain.

In red whatch msg atatched to correct thread id 175 and can be replied from inbox whih is also attached to same thread. I works fine although sometimes msg doesnt appear at users debate.

can verify how msg is not attached to thread id:175 and only finds res-users 11 (me) and goes to my inbox but not to thread, and in consequence cannot be replied from Debates.
