Hello everyone, I'm new to Odoo and I'm struggling to find a way to add a general mailbox for all my team to use for inbound sales. If a random person sends an email requesting service, I want my team to have access to this email/lead on a first come first serve basis.  Does this make sense?

Hi Nate,
Can you please specify which version (community vs. enterprise, Online/SH/On-Prem, and version number) you're working with?
If you're using the Helpdesk application you can setup an email alias that would receive all the emails sent to the alias and internal users would be informed when a "ticket" is received.

Hi Nate!

You need to go CRM/Configuration/Sales Teams, there you can edit a team where you add all your team members and there its a field call "Email Alias", if anyone send an email to that mail it would generate an opportunity that would be visible to all the team.
