I created an automation to send another employee an email when a Sales Order is confirmed. The automation is working correctly and a copy of the email is being recorded on the Sales Order. However, the email record is later disappearing. We've configured gmail API as our email server. The employee tells me she is archiving the messages in her gmail account which I suspect is what's causing them to disappear.
How do we remedy this if we want a record to be kept on the Sales Order? Will it behave this way even if we disconnect gmail API as our email server?
