I found quite many guidelines about how to setup drop-shipping in Odoo. However what I am looking at is to be the drop shipper.

What if another company would like to sell our goods which we would send for the client to his customers. Is there anything available for Odoo how to setup a scenario like this.

Also in regards to calculating the storage costs, picking costs and shipping costs towards the client by creating an invoice for the fulfilled service on a regular basis.

Any advise is of course appreciated.

If I understand this correctly, you will send an invoice to your client (that sells the goods) and deliver to their customer.  That can be achieved in Odoo by setting different invoice and delivery addresses (which can be for different Odoo partners / customers). 

You will need to select "Customer Addresses" in Sales -> Configuration-> Settings and all affected users need to have "Addresses in Sales Orders" enabled under Technical Settings (needs debug mode).
