How to document contacts with customers or suppliers? The meeting function is certainly suitable for this purpose; it is good, for example, that the meeting is linked to the contact. However, the entries seem to be global, at least they are not assigned to a company, i.e. visible for all within the organization. Furthermore, the Time-Off app seems to use this function as well, so that between my global customer contacts, the vacation requests from all possible countries are also visible! 
Does anyone have a better idea on how to better map customer contacts (visits, phone calls, online calls, etc.)? The CRM doesn't seem to be an alternative either, I can't create a lead for every phone call....
