In odoo 9, i have a custom module inherit (report_saleorder_ducument), when i print out my saleorder quotations if the Repòrt Type is setup to "PDF" my custom module works fine but if the Report Type is setup to "HTML" odoo discard my custom module and the report (quotations) appears with the default layout why?

In odoo 9 if i want edit my report (quotations) on line with the editor i can not see the menu black top menu bar why? if i have installed web site builder why i can not edit like in odoo 8?
