So, after making a sale I can go to warehouse->schedulers and run a schedule in order to create a draft quotation, excellent.

But I have been told this can happen automatically if I go into Settings ->Technical ->Scheduler ->scheduled actions

But I cannot wrap my head around the way it works, do you guys mind helping with that?

Also I had a bit of a problem with a draft, I made a test sale which had about half a dozen products. When I ran the scheduler, it created a draft for every single product instead of creating a draft with every product that was to be sold, is there a way to make it work with a single draft?
