confirm prices of received goods during reception in different lots

Hi, we started using Odoo a few days ago, mainly for purchase order and traceability matters at the beginning. We have received some goods linked to a purchase order. there are 2 lots. One of them has slightly damaged goods, so the supplier is providing a discount on it. How do you change the price of the received goods to ensure this lots is in inventory at the correct purchased price ? Thanks for you help.

I have created a Purchase Order (PO) for 1000 units with a unit price of $10.

Upon Goods Receipt Note (GRN), it was identified that one lot is damaged:
Lot 1: 5000 units at $10 (No damage) Lot 2: 5000 units at $5 (Damaged)

To address this, you can amend the PO using the unlock option.

Hello Sebastian,

As far as I know there is not possibility to change prices of purchase order after it has been confirmed as a form of traceability and transparency in procurement.
However at the time of creating the vendor bill, you can set the correct amount paid for each product line.

Hello, many thanks for your reply.
I will investigate this option a bit more in details. I had to split the goods into 2 differents lots, one in good condition, left at the PO price, and another one at damaged condition, with the discounted price. I would need to assign the low price to the damaged lot and the PO price to the other one. Is it possible to make the link between the lot number and the price in the vendor bill ?
