Hello,
When I change, for example, the name of a product, it changes only on my account and for other users it does not change, even though I restart postgresql service and odoo service.

Hi,
probably, it is because other users work in different languages than you do.
Try to update not only the name but also its translations for the installed languages. You should be able to do by pushing the special icon in the top right corner of the name field.
