I need assistance with configuring access rights in Odoo. My goal is to allow internal users to log notes or send messages via the chatter on the product pages without granting them permission to edit the product details. Currently, users receive an "Access Error: You are not allowed to modify 'Product' (product.template) records" when they attempt to log a note.

Hi,
Grand them edit access in the access right level and in the view level, hide the edit button for the view, at this point, i think the above error wont come. Or for adding log button, introduce a button and let users record the note in a pop up and using sudo write into log notes from the pop up by the code.
