How to manage or limit access in Shopfloor module in odoo17?

I mean the "Add Operator" Access.
You could limit it by the work center, while app is available, employee wouldn't be able to add workcenter and view WOs.

You can find it in https://runbot.odoo.com/ Clicking on Enterprise of Odoo17. It was added in Odoo17 and didn't exist in previous versions.

Assign each Employee a PIN - that way even if they are added to the Shop Floor, nobody can activate them without knowing the PIN.
