Complete history of interactions with customer in CRM [Odoo 12/13]

Question

I would like to have a view in complete history of calls/meetings with particular customer that are connected with CRM.
It would be great if I could view it from the customer page and see all the calls/meetings with him.
As well as from point of view of salesman where I could see all the calls/meetings he performed with customers.
I couldn’t see such functionality inside addons from Odoo 12 or 13. Only when I open a opportunity I can see meetings connected to that particular opportunity.

Right now there is no option for that. You need to make a custom module for that.

Generally, the so-called `Chatter` area (usually on the right side of the view) provides detailed information about what happened to your Lead. Pulling all and every information to the same view seems like a good idea but could slow down your system in the long run if there too many entries in the chatter.
To my knowledge there is no default option to achieve what you want, you would need to look for an existing 3rd party module or write your own for this.
