Cash Basis reports? Removed? Missing? I can only run Accrual reports now?

Question

In Odoo 11.0, I had this option on my Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Reports:

In Odoo 13.0 and higher, I no longer have the option, and I can see that these reports are now run on an Accrual basis:

Why was this option removed?
How can I run Cash Basis reports in Odoo now?

This capability is now optional, and you can turn it back on by installing the *Cash Basis Accounting Reports* App:

Tip: When you go into the App module, remove the filter from the search field first. Then search for *Cash Basis.*
