Yes, you can move your custom report from the Staging branch to the Production branch, especially since Staging is a recent copy of Production. First, ensure the report works as expected in Staging. Then commit your changes, switch to the Production branch, and merge  the commits using Git. Once done, push the Production branch to your Odoo.sh environment and deploy it. Always take a backup before deploying and test the report again after it's live to ensure everything works smoothly.
