Can't see opportunity that created by others even i have see all leads permission?

Hi All,

I have created two users with see all leads permission, and created the sales opportunity by logging in as one user.

now i logged in as another user i cant able to see opportunity that created by other user even i have permission to see all leads

Could any one help me..
