Hello, I'm having a difficulty right now, It was working yesterday, but then when I tried to run my local host again, I get an empty web page. 

I tried this URL: http://localhost:8100/web?debug=assets

but it doesn't work, so I tried configuring my Odoo.conf


this is my Odoo.conf


This is my directory. 



I got no error in terminal, but when I try on browser, I get this, 


I don't know what happened, It was working yesterday, and I just opened my pc right now, it's not working anymore ​

oh, i trace log and: 
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/lib/odoo/.local/share/Odoo/filestore/odoo/f6/f6ef5c3e4*************************' 
.
execute your database and delete" some" record not found  and everything recovery: 
etc: 
odoo=# DELETE FROM ir_attachment

WHERE store_fname = 'f6/f6ef5c3e4*************************' ;
