I need a module only found for v12 on v13, I was wondering if this would be possible or what kind of issues would it cause.

Hi,
It purely depends on the modules that you are going to use. What you can do is that, download the v12 module and try to install the v13 and see.
Sometimes it will get installed and work without any issues, sometimes the installation will get failed and you need to check error/ code and want to make necessary changes and fix it and go ahead until no issues.
