when I click "create backorder" in Odoo 14, it creates backorders only for the entire lines that are missing, not for partial quantities.

So, i.e. if I order 2 products and 1 is missing, it will create a backorder for that product.

But I expect odoo to create a backorder also if a product is on stock but the quantity is not sufficient, so that when the rest of the products come the warehouse can book it in.
