Is there a way to default to sending managers a support ticket when one is created? I know you can select them form the form and send, but I was hoping for an automatic method to catch those who forget. Is there any way to forward an already created ticket to a manager?
EDIT: Support->Claims->Create
When I save this claim, I would like to email the manager with the contents and/or just a link back to the claim. I think this si the only option for creating customer support tickets so I suppose this is the only way.
