Hello Odooers,

I have been using your ERP system successfully since this month. I am very pleased with the functionality.

I have one question about invoicing: How can I attach a time entry to an invoice? If it is possible, then automatically...

Unfortunately, I have not found any information on this in the documentation or tutorials.
Only this:
How to add timesheet table on invoice? | Odoo

But I don't have studio...

Many thanks for your answer and best regards

Thank you very much for your quick answers,

I can already make sure that the invoice contains the total time recorded in the time log. Exactly as you describe. That is not a problem.

I would just like to see the individual data records from the time sheet as an attachment to the invoice.   How does that work?

Best regards

Hi,

Please refer the blog:

https://www.cybrosys.com/blog/how-to-invoice-a-project-in-odoo-15#:~:text=To%20invoice%20these%20recorded%20timesheets,Line%20of%20the%20sales%20order

It covers everything from setting up project products to automating invoice generation from timesheets.

Hope it helps.

You do not need studio.  This is a standard function in Odoo.  You need the Project app and activate Timesheet. Create a product service type, and flag that product to create task in project. When you use that product in a sales order, it should automatic register a project and a task.

When register times in the time sheet app, select the project and the task.  Before invoice, the registration of times must be validated.

I think all is described here:
