I want to set up odoo in WSL for development. I am just learning programming and network theories. The WSL idea is very good for person like me who rely on windows a lot. It took me a lot of time to set it up without success. Anyone else try that? The main problem is I can not connect the database with postgresql since the WSL do not support postgresql. I am also new to pgsql. Any help is appreciated!
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

There is a saying in swiss german: This is the same as shagging a cat on the double.
If you want to rely on Windows, then install Odoo and Pycharm for Windows.
