Hello all,
as you know, Odoo can be told to react on incomming emails (Settings -> General Settings -> Incoming E-Mails -> bottom: fetchmail.server)
I am unsure what to do with this possibility and lack imagination, so what do you all do with that?

You can configure your mail server with two server type.
[1] POP server:
server name : pop.gmail.com
port : 995
User Name : youremailid@gmail.com
Password : your gmail password
SSL/TLS : yes
[2] IMAP server:
server name : imap.gmail.com
port : 993
User Name : youremailid@gmail.com
Password : your gmail password
SSL/TLS : yes
Actions to Perform on Incoming Mails:
Create a New Record = crm.lead ["define the object name from where you want to this email"]
Now click on the "Fetch Now" button.
I use it to create new Applicants for an HR role.
Estoy utilizando Odoo v11, quisiera saber como puedo hacer para que a raiz de mail entrante con una convocatoria a una reunión odoo lea el cuerpo del mail y me cree automaticamente en mi tablero de tareas una tarea tipo reunion y esta sea asignada al poroyecto correspondiente, sería algo muy parecido al crm pero en este caso ea en mi gestor de proyecto con una tarea nueva y el registro en mi calendario.
