I need to configure accrual time off plan for 2023, i configured the accural rule add 1 day time of every month and run the accural plan but my allowed time period is shown as 0.94 day instead of 1 day. My standard working hour is 48 hours/week.. when i change to 40 hours/week it will work fine,how can run my accural plan with 48 hours/week
