How can i accesss my instance from static ip.
i have windows server.
pls suggest steps

I do not have any firewall ...

Please do not create a new answer! Comment my answer instead :) I have added a link for creating a firewall rule.
Are you on the same computer as your openERP server or is it on a separate computer?
If you are on the same computer go to http:\\localhost:8069 in a web browser.
If you are on a different computer on the same LAN you need to goto http:\\your-server-IP:8069 insert the internal LAN IP address.
If you are attempting to connect from outside you LAN you must configure your internet router to allow traffic from the internet to go to port 8069 of your openERP installation.
The third option is complicated and beyond the scope of this forum because it has nothing to do with the configuration of your openERP server.
Open http://<your-ip>:8069 in the browser.
If you access the server from the internet or from the LAN, then you also have to create a firewall rule to allow TCP-port 8069 from the internet/LAN.
