I have a custom form created using forms snippet.
configured to create an opportunity
it is giving me this error
"An error has occured, the form has not been sent. "
the contact us form works pretty well. is there something I should look at?

If you have access to the odoo log, please check and see whats showing in the error log. Make sure that all the required fields in the corresponding model is added in the form.
