Mandira’s Kitchen began as a passion project—small-batch, freezer-ready curries and chutneys made from seasonal, locally sourced produce and Mandira’s family recipes. Demand quickly outstripped the barn kitchen: online orders, wholesale accounts, café bookings and cookery classes all arrived through separate channels (email, phone, website forms), leading to manual order-taking, fragmented inventory records and limited visibility of kitchen capacity.
With plans to expand nationwide delivery, grow the café’s footfall and scale up catering for corporate and private events, Mandira’s Kitchen needed an integrated ERP platform. Key goals included:
