Týmto sme zjednodušili procesy priraďovania požiadaviek jednotlivým zamestnancom, zlepšili priradenie zamestnancov a komunikáciu s klientom s absolútnym prehľadom o stave riešenia a ďalších krokov zo strany zákazníka. Celé prostredie sme pripravili v ukrajinčine. NGO
