L'Union Wallonne des Architectes (UWA), fondée en 2008, représente environ 1 800 architectes en Wallonie. Elle a pour mission de promouvoir l'architecture, défendre les intérêts des architectes wallons et les représenter auprès des instances publiques. The Service Company a collaboré avec l'UWA pour moderniser leur plateforme numérique, améliorant ainsi la communication avec les membres et optimisant la gestion des formations et événements. NGO

De V.Z.W. schuttersvereniging St. Michiel heeft voor Odoo gekozen om hun ledenbeheer en lidgelden efficiënter te beheren.Hun leden kunnen zich op evenementen of kampioenschappen inschrijven, op de hoogte blijven via nieuwsbrieven hun profiel updaten en dat allemaal zonder export en import rompslomp. De volledige flow zit veilig in Odoo.

VZW VLAAMSE SCHIETSPORTKOEPEL
De Vlaamse Schietsportkoepel vzw groepeert ongeveer 110 sportclubs, die samen ongeveer 15.000 doelschutters en bijna 2.000 kleischutters tellen. De Vlaamse Schietsportkoepel is een door de Vlaamse overheid erkende unisportfederatie voor de sporttak sportschieten. VSK is eveneens door de Vlaamse regering gemachtigd om de sportschutterslicentie te beheren.Met de implementatie van Odoo vereenvoudigt VSK het ledenbeheer, waarbij nieuwe leden via het portaal hun status kunnen bekijken. Het uitreiken van een sportschutterslicentie vereist strenge controles die door middel van projectbeheer binnen Odoo worden opgevolgd. NGO

La Geste VZW in Gent focust zich op het lichaam, dans en inclusie door middel van creaties, residenties en workshops. Ze maken krachtige producties die zich richten op het fysieke aspect: zinnelijk, visueel, verstorend en disruptief. Vlaamse Sportfederatie vzw
De Vlaamse Sportfederatie is de koepelorganisatie voor de erkende sportfederaties in Vlaanderen. Ze ondersteunt en vertegenwoordigt deze federaties, bevordert de samenwerking tussen sportorganisaties en zorgt voor een kwalitatief en toegankelijk sportaanbod. De Vlaamse Sportfederatie helpt ook bij het ontwikkelen van sportbeleid, organiseert vormingen en stimuleert sportparticipatie voor iedereen in Vlaanderen.Achterliggend zorgt Odoo voor het ledenbeheer met een uitgebreid portaal waar sport federaties en sportclubs zich kunnen registreren en hun leden beheren.

Vroemdag VZW
Vroemdag is hét jaarlijkse evenement op Circuit Zolder waar 1200 tot 1500 kinderen uit het buitengewoon onderwijs een onvergetelijke dag beleven dankzij vrijwillige piloten en hun sportwagens.Het event worstelde met een manueel en ongestructureerd inschrijvingsproces. Dankzij een nieuwe digitale oplossing met website en centraal platform verlopen inschrijvingen sneller en overzichtelijker.
De organisatoren besparen tijd, piloten krijgen meer duidelijkheid en de voorbereiding van het evenement verloopt veel efficiënter. NGO

الندوة العالمية للشباب الإسلامي هي منظمة إسلامية عالمية مستقلة تأسست عام 1972م (1392هـ) في المملكة العربية السعودية. تُعنى برعاية الشباب المسلم في مختلف أنحاء العالم، وتهدف إلى ترسيخ العقيدة الصحيحة المبنية على الكتاب والسنة، ونشر قيم الوسطية، ومحاربة الغلو والتطرف. كما تهتم بتنفيذ برامج إنسانية، مثل كفالة الأيتام ومساعدة المناطق المنكوبة جراء الحروب والكوارث الطبيعية.تتعاون الندوة مع أكثر من 500 منظمة شبابية وطلابية إسلامية حول العالم، وتُعد عضوًا في المنظمات غير الحكومية بهيئة الأمم المتحدة. منذ تأسيسها، نظمت الندوة العديد من المؤتمرات والملتقيات الشبابية، وشاركت في برامج توعوية وثقافية تهدف إلى تطوير قدرات الشباب المسلم وتعزيز دوره في المجتمع. Imam Sadr Foundation (ISF), a well-established NGO based in Tyre and Beirut, Lebanon, operates across multiple educational, healthcare, and social service sectors. The foundation encompasses various institutions, including schools, academies, childhood centers, and vocational training programs, playing a crucial role in community development. However, ISF faced challenges with their previous Odoo partner, leading to inefficiencies in personnel management, payroll, procurement, and document handling. To optimize operations and improve workflow, ISF partnered with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a tailored Odoo ERP solution. The system was deployed in multiple phases, starting with core HR functions such as employee management, attendance tracking, time-off requests, document management, surveys, and e-learning. The second phase covered payroll, accounting, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring financial and logistical efficiency. A later phase integrated POS, manufacturing, fleet management, and healthcare services. By centralizing operations into a unified platform, ISF now benefits from improved employee tracking, automated payroll processing, transparent financial reporting, and efficient resource allocation. The integration with Odoo’s mobile application further enhances accessibility for training and notifications. This digital transformation has enabled ISF to streamline internal processes, improve service delivery, and enhance its impact on the communities it serves. NGO
