A custom B2B portal was also introduced to simplify order placement for regular hospitality clients.
Results: Post-implementation, 1765 Gemini achieved smoother coordination between sales and logistics, reducing order fulfillment times and minimizing stock discrepancies. Client satisfaction improved due to more accurate and timely deliveries, while financial operations became more transparent and manageable.
