- Définir les process Odoo, afin de faire mirroir à leur process métiers
- Configurer et personnaliser les applications principales utilisées
- Implémenter des processus d'approbation
- Automatiser certains processus
- Améliorer certains points du CRM
- Mettre en place le reporting
- Redesigner et améliorer certains documents commerciaux, dont notamment le Sales Order, Purchase Order et les factures
