DOUR

Dour is a Bangladeshi sportswear brand known for its activewear, including items like high-waist leggings, sports bras, and boxer t-shirts. The brand was established in 2019 in Dhaka by Abid Alam Chowdhury. Dour products are manufactured in Bangladesh, specifically at the KAC Fashion Wear Ltd factory in Gazipur. Dour is official partner of Bangladesh Football Federation.

Dour’s eCommerce operations were running on a WordPress website with no proper backend integration. Sales, orders, inventory, accounting, refunds, stock loss, and deliveries were all managed manually through Excel sheets, making it difficult to track performance, maintain accuracy, and scale operations efficiently.

Odoo offered Dour an all-in-one platform to manage their entire eCommerce business under a single system. The implementation included Website, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Accounting, Social Marketing, Project, and Expense modules—eliminating the need for scattered tools and enabling seamless coordination between all departments.

After implementing Odoo, Dour experienced a significant transformation in how they manage their operations:

  • Centralized Operations: All sales, inventory, orders, accounting, and delivery tracking are now managed from a single integrated system instead of multiple spreadsheets.
