Solution and Results
OnWork’s CEO and the rest of the team saw an Odoo advertising sign right next to the office. When the time came to change and migrate the company’s data to a new ERP, Odoo inevitably came to mind. After comparing different systems and platforms, Odoo seemed to be the most complete all-in-one solution the business needed.
Majority of OnWork Grup are IT technicians so the company decided to self implement with some guidance from Odoo. Working with Odoo business analysts, OnWork Grup’s solution was deployed over a quick 3 month period. The first phase consisted of a gap analysis where the Odoo team got to know OnWork’s needs and assess their current situation. The second phase consisted of Odoo’s team creating an implementation plan and deploying it. This was deployed without interruptions and respective of timings initiated at the start of the project. The final phase consisted of Odoo’s team smoothing over any doubts when trying the Odoo platform.
The overall implementation was smooth and all company departments were involved and asked about their needs and interests. OnWork Grup has found that with Odoo’s system, everything can be done easily through the same platform. Everything is streamlined and tracked on the cloud.

Sales: Invoicing of tickets is managed directly from the platform. Quotations can be prepared and automatically passed to order for invoicing.
Subscription: It allows us to keep track of recurring invoices easily and quickly.
CRM: The system of columns and tasks manages to centralize all sales opportunities in an orderly manner. The tag system allows us to create reports from these categorizations.
Accounting: We now manage customers and suppliers, their invoices and bank reconciliation, which allows us to have a better control over payments. In addition, most accounting entries are generated automatically, facilitating the management and review of accounting.
Email Marketing: Communication with the customer is direct and clear. The platform offers templates to customize messages with a simple and modern aesthetic.

The OnWork Grup team come from different companies. So in the beginning, centralizing all workflows and communication on one single platform was at first difficult, but in the end effective. The outcome has been very positive and internal and external communication and management has improved considerably. Something that seemed complicated turned out to be easy thanks to Odoo.
