Bookkeeper and office administration
This role requires comprehensive bookkeeping (including the ability to make modifications to the general ledger without direct supervision) as well as some administrative office duties.
A/R, A/P Management
Bank statements entries
Validation of the books with our CFO and CPA
Cross-validation with the CRM
Control customers and vendors aging balance
Invoices consistency, bank statement control, POs
Office Admin Responsibilities
Purchasing: Purchasing of office supplies, payment of bills, payment of contractors
Payroll: control of time off, expenses, and commissions.
Communication with company vendors (banks, insurances, payroll, equipment, food,...)
A very strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
Bachelor in accounting or equivalent by experience
Quick and autonomous learner, problem-solving personality, enthusiastic when faced with technical challenges
Team spirit and excellent communication
