It is not possible to send a reminder before the due date is reached. Odoo will automatically send a reminder 5 days before the due date if the customer is not set as Good Debtor. Go to Follow-Up Action and put a minus sign “-” before the number of days. It is possible to send a reminder before the due date is reached only if the customer already had 3 late payments.
