Odoo Implementation Methodology: Some thoughts

Hello,

I wrote a blog about Odoo implementation methodologies and, more specifically, what I think is
the single best improvement a company can do to improve its project velocity and margins.

Such a blog post might not please everyone. My apologies; I certainly don’t want to hurt anyone.
I just want to be useful, by providing good advices. But please read the full blog before commenting.
