OpenERP Stable 7.0 Version.
I create new opportunity, only one stage "new".
No actions, can't see other stages.
Why does this behavior in stable 7.0,
Does it stable 7.0 bug ?

Stages for opportunities are defined per salesteam. You probably did not assign a salesteam to your opportunity.

I have created new stages, now I want to set visibility and on stages button will change next stage.
its critical to manage buttons visibility, currently in openerp visibility manage by states, now stages can't work well.

@Gilles, Please share your inputs & resolve this query. Stages in opportunity form only one stage appears. This kind of things happens with different stages.
Avoid to test with prefixed stages/state in openerp,
