just like in Linux, there is .pycharm30 folder under your user's folder, in my case, the full path is 

C:\Users\fisher\.PyCharm30\config\fileTemplates  (here, fisher is the current logon user account)

Someone can help me to install template on Ubuntu or Windows

It done  I create a folder  templates where i add odoo.xml on C:\Users\"CurrentUser"\.PyCharmCE2017.1 and restart pycharm i done.

"CurrentUser" is your user in windows.

I can't find the template location in linux ubuntu. Try creating this folder and restart Pycharm but nothing is shown when I put odoo tag in python or xml file. Where can I put the template file ?
