I would like to import some CSV data to CRM application. There is a suggestion

"Select the .CSV file to import. If you need a sample importable file, you can use the export tool to generate one."

but I don't find any export tool ? Where should I look at?

You should Create one document at least. After that go to the list view, check this file with checkbox, then the "more" button appears. Click on Export and you can choose the fields to export. Choose all fields and you can see how your import file should look like.

Hi,

You can find the link for export data under More menu. You should select record/record(s) first, then More menu will be available to you. See the screenshot @ http://awesomescreenshot.com/02730hg7ad
