Hi,
I have made my best to make ODOO website as fast as possible (Hosted on premise server so have loads of CPUs, RAM, NVMe disk, set correctly workers , VM has enough CPU+RAM, Fiber optic internet, Gzip ON, tried to recreate DB indexes(which helped alot), but seems something in Odoo is still making it much much slower than I have seen many videos on official odoo presentation.
If not whole odoo can be faster, I would hope at least for website frontened users to make it much faster.
My Odoo is pretty empty : 90% of all data in odoo is website, built on standard theme, standart stuff , 30 static pages + about 70 blog posts, no ecommerce), apart website I have few CRM tickets, no Inventory, have some addresses in the list, thats it...Not using for much yet, but still it is slow.

I was horrified as even after all my tweaks in hardware and some in configuration/software, the pagespeed.web.dev shows pretty bad results...

see here :https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZuZXb2w59devUoyF6
Is anybody here able to provide Exact advice OR ideally as a paid job (If you know exactly what to do?... do not want to pay somebody to play inside and try and learn... long term prefered)

In Pagespeed website are hints like : Reduce unused Javascript, Reduce Javascript execution time, Minimise thread work, etc...How this can be done, so it will be still updatable in future? (even I could find a way how to find unused parts and edit the JS code, I believe I should not)

Hint : After 1month of EE we downgraded to CE, then started to be full of random errors, Found some EE apps were left/hanging still in the DB/filestore, and were not uninstalled properly, so cleaned it a bit manually, and it helped alot in terms of errors and speed....but still the speed I get is much slower than it should be.....
