Hello. 

I am not so familiar with website development so I am coming back with the same question. How to link 2 websites to have visitors from website A visit website B. I followed the steps given in a previous message, but encountered some issues. Website B has been created from a different database in odoo.Then the pages in website b are not listed together with the pages from website a. I deleted website b from the list of databases in odoo, but it is still on the list of websites under "settings". When I create a new website (website b again), I can´t, there is a popup saying  website B should be unique. The domain from both websites is different, I thought that the multi-websites should belong to the same domain, then I created it from a new database. Thanks.

To link two websites together, there are a few considerations you need to keep in mind:

  1. Ensure both websites are created within the same Odoo instance: Make sure you are using the same Odoo installation and the websites are created within the same database. This will allow the websites to share common resources and configurations.

  2. Configure website routing and menus: In Odoo, you need to configure routing and menus to link the pages of website A to website B. This can be done through the website builder or by customizing the website routes and menus manually.

  3. Check website domain configuration: Each website should have a unique domain assigned to it. Make sure that the domains of website A and website B are different, so they don't conflict with each other. In your case, you mentioned that the domains are different, which is good.

Regarding the issues you encountered:

  1. Removing website B from the list of databases in Odoo: Removing the database alone will not remove the website from the list of websites in the Odoo settings.
