Anyone has a Tutorial or guide for tutorial on how to use and build the `openerp-server.conf` file?

For version 9:

For version 8:
https://www.odoo.com/documentation/8.0/reference/cmdline.html#reference-cmdline-config [2]
One great way to learn how to configure Odoo is to save the current configuration file.  See the last two lines of either link on how to do this.
