Hello, It is possible to do this without the use of code, Please review the following Post.
https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/hide-extra-price-badge-on-website-228049
on the product page, go to customize > html editor, choose "badge extra price", then delete the containing something with badge-pill-light-border or something alike
i can't recall the exact line but there is another post in this forum with the solution
