I have set up odoo16 enterprice on premise server.
In which any cron(autometed actions) not working.means crons next executed time field is not update it self.default or customise no one is working.
I need some solution on it.
means any server setting issue?. Any configration missing in odoo or server site.

I have the same problem with odoo 16 community on premise. The problem started when I updated odoo 16 from odoo 14. Are there any updates on it?
Are all cron tasks failing, or just some of them?
If only some of the tasks are failing, they may exceed some memory limit and have their thread cancelled by Odoo.

The issue was related to the server configuration — specifically, the workers and long polling were not configured properly.
Once the configuration was corrected, the system started functioning as expected.
